The minimum percentage required for bpt in government college is 50%. And 45% for sc/st /obc.

No, Andhra University doesn't offer Bachelors of Physiotherapy.
There is only one Government College in Andhra Pradesh that offers Bachelors of Physiotherapy i.e. Saveetha Amaravati University. It is a 4 year duration degree course(CBCS - SEMESTER PATTERN) along with a 6 months Internship .
