Yes, you do have a chance to get admission in Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, for BPT.

Last year candidate with rank 1693 ( general category from Delhi)  got admission for the course. Although cut offs vary slightly year to year but gour chances seem fairly high. But

For getting admission in B.P.T course there is no need of NEET exam, as NEET  do not conduct tests for Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) admission.
