Osmania University does not offer BPT directly. The BPT course is available in some affiliated colleges like Osmania Medical College, Apollo College of Physiotherapy, etc.

For admission, you must have passed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry and Biology with at least 50% marks and should be 17 years or above by 31st December of the admission year.

Admission is mainly based on entrance exams like NEET or TS EAMCET , followed by counselling. During counselling, you can choose BPT in the affiliated college, and seats are allotted based on rank, eligibility and availability.

So, you need to apply through the counselling process using NEET/TS EAMCET scores, not directly to Osmania University.

The two main public colleges for BPT in Hyderabad are NIMS and OMC .for these universities you must have appeared for the NEET UG and TS EAMCET exam and achieved a good rank for getting financial aid for your college fees.

Generally fees are covered through government schemes, reservations, or scholarships, but these are not automatic.you need to be aware of the complete admissions process for state based counseling in Telangana like counselling particularly for government and affiliated colleges, are conducted by KNRUHS

With an EAPCET rank of 3266 and IPE marks 974 under the EWS category, you do have a decent chance of getting admission into BPT in government colleges like Osmania or NIMS Hyderabad, but it mainly depends on the cutoff trend of that particular year and how many seats are available for EWS. Usually, for highly reputed colleges like NIMS, the cutoff rank tends to be much lower, so it might be slightly tough there. But for Osmania and other government colleges, your rank + IPE score combination keeps you in a competitive position. I’d suggest you keep an eye on the previous year cutoffs and also fill in multiple options during counselling to improve your chances.

Admissions for the  BPT 2025 have likely closed in most colleges but you may still be able to find a seat through private colleges, management quotas or by exploring universities which have their extended deadlines. Admission in government colleges is generally over for the current academic year.

At 20k rank, chances for a completely free govt. seat in NIIMS are slim because BPT seats in reputed colleges usually close at much higher ranks. But since you’re OBC, you still have some concession chances in later rounds. Keep NIIMS as an option but also apply to other affiliated govt. paramedical colleges through convenor quota—you might land a subsidized seat there.

For BPT admission in NSCB College , you need to apply through the state counselling process (usually based on NEET-UG or state-level entrance if applicable). Direct admission on 10th and 12th marks is not possible for government seats.

Your 12th marks are enough for eligibility (Physics, Chemistry, Biology must be passed with minimum 50% for general, 40% for reserved).

The application and counselling dates for NSCB College depend on the state authority. Forms are released by the state counselling board, not by the college directly. You must register online when counselling starts.
