Yes, you can get admisson in B.P.T course in some good college if you are eligible. As Neet is not mandatory for admission in some good private deemed university.

Hello aspirant ! Let me to inform you that there is no necessity of neet examinations for bpt. Neet is required for mbbs and bds courses. For physiotherapy you should only get more than 45% marks in your physics , chemistry , biology /biotechnology together. 

The eligibility criteria for admission into MD course is a degree in MBBS from a recognized university.

You can do MPT after the completion of your bpt course.
