Since you haev scored a decent rank but your domicile is outside Delhi so you have to wait for the second cutoff to be released as there is no continuos trend followed So in second cutoff you can get a rough  idea about the ranking and your rank

Sorry dear,you cannot apply in B.P.T university through your 12th marks.

To,persue Physiotherapy you have to appear in the respective all India entrances that take admission for Physiotherapy,there is no other way.

Also,you should have qualified your NEET UG exam,which is mandatory.
