ESI Medical college is a Government co-educational Medical College, It does not offer BPT programme. There are many colleges offer BPT programme each college has different criteria for the admission, It can also differ state to state.

Yes you can get NIT's but i am not sure about MNIT's because last year the closing score was 522.
Your score is pretty close and considering this year paper then it will only rise.
