Yes, NEET is required for taking admission in BPT. From 2017 onwards all health science courses admit students on the basis of NEET rank only. The process of counseling is same as for MBBS/BDS in state quota. You have to fill a common form for all health sciences courses.

Mbbs results are out for this year. You need to appear for NEET 2019 next year in order to get a seat in mbbs. Also bpt is bachelor in physiotherapy which is all together a different branch. Hard to compare but otherwise it's a good branch.

Neet is not necessary for BPT they have another common entrance test (CET) for the admission and the process varies from college to college.

To get admission in BPT neet is not compulsory you can give CET for admission in physiotherapy and the rest of the procedure varies in different colleges. Validity of neet depends from college to college.

Yes, you can change stream till last day of counseling if the seat is available. But once you submit your documents and fees in the college for a particular course, you cannot change it.
