The BPT course is not available in Kalyani University. Only B.Sc in some fields and B.Com courses are available.

ASSO CET is an entrance exam conducted by Association of Management of Unaided Private Medical and Dental Colleges of Maharashtra. This exam is conducted for PG courses in medical(APGMC) and dental(APGDC) courses in Associated Unaided Private Medical and Dental Colleges of Maharashtra.
You cannot get admissions in Bachelor
There is no need to appear for NEET to take admission into B.PT course. Colleges provides admission on the basis of 12th qaulification. The eligibility varries from college to college. Though, some universities have their own entrance exam- Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha Uniceversity.

The admissions for BPT courses are based on 12th qualification. You don't have to appear for NEET. Although some universities have their own entrance exams for BPT. The eligibility criteria may vary from college to college.

The admissions in BPT program are done on the basis of its entrance so you will have to crack it. Candidates with 10+2 in medical science with 50% are eligible to sit in this exam.
