Bachelor in Physiotherapy is best and more demanding paramedical course. Every other patient needs physiotherapy after an injury. This makes this course more demanding and popular. Even BPT have more scope not in private sectors even in public sectors too.

Through class 12th merit you can only take admission in Bsc in Physiotherapy as there is no entrance exam for that.
But for the course of BPT the eligibility criteria is as follows:-
1. Complete 12th with PCB with at least 50% marks.
2. Qualify the entrance exam like Common Entrance Test (CET) or GGSIPU CET etc.
Every year, Banaras Hindu University conducts BHU BPT exam for candidates wanting to take admission in BPT course.
It is an online exam, which consists of 100 multiple choice questions. Each question carries 1 mark and there is no negative marking. The following subjects are included in the exam-
The eligibility criteria is as follows- Intermediate / 12th or equivalent with science subjects (Physics, Chemistry. Biology) and English from a recognized board/ university with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks (PCBE) for the General Category, 40% for OBC (non-creamy layer)/SC/ST, 45% for PC in General Category)
Also take notice that candidates who are taking the Intermediate or equivalent exam but whose results have not yet been released may still take the entrance test.

With a CML rank of 236 in IPU CET for BPT, you have a very good chance of getting admission in top colleges. Colleges like Banarsidas Chandiwala Institute of Physiotherapy usually have cutoffs around 450–500. Since your rank is much better than that, you’re in a strong position. Just make sure to attend counselling on time and keep your documents ready. Also, regularly check the IPU official website for updates. You’re on the right track!

It is completely based on what you're interests are.
1. BBA to MBA - You'll have a strong hold on business analytics and you'll be able to help start and run successful businesses.
2. BSc/ Btech /BPT to MBA - You'll have to work hard to get MBA admission but you'll be able to get an idea of your own own to a business of your choice. You'll have the knowledge required for knowing about the product that you want to business with and you'll also have knowledge of business.
If you are strongly passionate about making a product or working on an idea of your own I will recommend the latter option.

For admission through government in BPT (Bachelor of Physiotherapy) candidates must fulfill the following criteria :
Fees Structure for BPT varies according to the colleges or the admission quota
In SVIMS If you have taken admission through government quota you fees would be around 35,000-40,000 per year
If you have taken admission through management quota your fees might be between 1,00,000-1,50,000 per year
