I got 2404 rank in sastra which branch can I get?
Dear aspirant,
As you have secured 2.4k rank in sastra I would like to tell you there is no particular cut off for sastra University. This merit list has been prepared by the scores of JEE mains and 12th scores.
But as per the previous year trends you should be able to grab cse branch in this college as the cut off generally is around 6k.

sastra Stream 1 ranking 3099 is possible to get seats in Thanjavur campus for B.tech
Dear aspirant,
As you have secured 3k in sastra stream 1 so I think it is quite possible for you to get a good branch in the Thanjavur campus for B.tech. The merit list has been prepared on the basis of scores you scored in 12th and JEE mains.
70% weightage is given to JEE mains and 30% is given to 12 scores. So, to take admission it's very important to score well at JEE mains rather than your 12th.

I got 288 rank in sastra Kumbakonam campus will i get cse branch and which councelling I get cse
Hello Aspirant
hope you are doing well and safe. With reference to your query, I would glad inform you that at your rank their are fair chances of getting cse branch as cse seats closes below 1000 only . Moreover, specilization courses are very high in demand and competition is very high which leads have very low closing rank. Depending exact rank would be difficult as cut off depends on number of applications and their preferences. Though their are very less chances but hope for the best.
Hope you found this answer informative. Best wishes for your future.

With 93/180 ,can I get any course in amritapuri ?
Hi aspirant,
There are mainly 7 programs in engineering available at Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Amritapuri. They are namely computer science and engineering, electrical and electronics engineering, electrical and communication engineering, mechanical engineering, computer science and engineering with specialization in artificial intelligence, electrical and computer engineering, electronics and computer engineering. The chances of you getting any of these in open quota looks difficult considering tough competition and low intakes. You can though try for mechanical, electrical and computer engineering which have lowest closing ranks in comparison to above mentioned.
Hope it helps!!
Does Chandigarh University provides 100% placement in CSE branch of engineering?
Dear student,
Chandigarh university doesn't provide 100% placement in CSE. Infact, it never matters if the placement is 100% or not. An individual should be skilled enough to crack any dream company. All that matters is a skill in the last. College provides an opportunity, skill grabs the offer.
Good luck.
I got a rank of 2766 in viteee 2021 . someone please suggest me which branch of engineering should I choose for doing b tech in vit vellore campus so that I can have a better exposure to the hiring companies after completing my b tech. ??
Hello aspirant,
It seems that you are very concerned about your placement and there is no bad in it. As like you said you want the branch which have better exposure to the hiring companies than others, so looking at the current scenario I will recommend you to go for Computer Science branch or the branch which are very much similar to you like Information Technology and Computer science, Comp.Science Engg.(Spec.in Information Security) and Engg. (Specialisation in Bioinformatics), as these three computer science related branches are also available in VIT, Vellore.
With the rank you have mentioned, there is good chance that you can get the above branches without any hurdle. If you want to know the cutoff of these branches then you can use this link(Below) to see all recent years cutoffs of VIT, Vellore in detail. https://engineering.careers360.com/articles/viteee-cutoff
Other than Computer Science and the branches related to it, Electronics and Communication Engineering(ECE) also attracts the companies. Then comes Electrical Engineering and so on.
Hope it gives you the required idea.
All the best!
I wanna go for civils prep after my graduation . which branch of engineering should i take in order to get most benefit . I have interest in chemical engineering and people say that it takes less effort than any other branches
Hi Buddy,
I would suggest you to take a branch which you'll enjoy to pursue since you should have time for prepare for civil service and BTech,
EEE, ECE and Mechanical are fields with a lot of scope in government sector,
But always give weightage to your own interest, You can also prefer Bsc if you are only aiming on Civil Service.
I Hope that will help.
Thank You!
which electrical branch of engineering u should opt for clearing govt job exams and if u r a girl??? or u should opt mech or civil??
Hi.
You have already chosen your post bachelor degree plans i.e. clearing govt. job exams but the question remains that in which field are you willing to get a government job. If you want to know which of them (Civil or Mech.) has more chances of getting a government job then the answer is actually Both of them. Because both of them are separate fields of expertise and students of one civil will not contest for mechanical jobs and vice versa.
Good Luck

which branch of engineering is top and best going job opportunities branch ?
Hi Chaitu!
Top Engineering Courses which are in demand in India are Computer Science and Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Technology, Civil Engineering and Electrical Engineering.
There is a lot of scope in Computer Applications so CSC and IT plays a major role! Nowadays everything including vehicles are becoming Eco-friendly, so knowing about vehicles and electro-mechanism helps Mechanical and EEE graduates. Civil graduates have their scope in terms of buildings and also have opportunities in Government Jobs!
Hope this is helpful!
