As you told that you completed your Bsc in computer science .And have completed 12th by bio .

In Bsc if you have two subjects which includes Biology/Biotechnology, Physics and Chemistry can choose NEET 2020 qualification code 6 as their eligibility code.

you may do btech or b.arch courses in nit calicut, but bs ms dual degree course is not offered by any nits, it is offered by iiser (indian institute of science , education and research), through kvpy, /jee advance/ scb channels score.

For BSc in biotechnology a student needs atleast 60% marks aggregate with physics, chemistry and bio as main subject, so if you don't have mathematics, it will create no problem, you can apply for admission without any problem.
