It is difficult to predict because cut-offs changes from year to year and depends on many factors like category, number of students appeared in the exam, difficulty level of the exam, number of seats available, etc. F or your KCET Rank you have less chances of getting B.Sc

so if you choose B.sc physiology , it only deals with zoology part which mainly focuses on human body parts

whereas B.sc botany will deal only with plants and its derivaties

so the 2 courses will only deal with one part which will not make  your preparation easy
