It is difficult to predict the college. According to you, you got 16909 rank in TS EAMCET 2021.  And you are  belonging to SC category then you have SC category quota.There is  chance to get admission in some colleges for biotechnology course .

1. College of Horticulture, Bangalore.
2. Wisdom school of Management, Bangalore.
3. Univeristy of Agricultural Sciences, Bangalore.
4. Sri Balaji Correspondence College, Bangalore.

Exact rank cannot be precisely predicted. Your KCET score is 90 marks (PCMB),  so your expected rank will be in range of 3501-4000 (PCMB). Although it is expected rank, actual rank may differ from it. You can get Bsc agriculture seat, although it depends on your PCB marks.
