If we consider previous year cut off  then it would be tough to say that you get seat even in private institute because to get admission in any medical college you should at least little more then cut off . By joining BDS in 2020 ,you can assure your seat. You may attempt NEET in 2021, if got selected for MBBS in government college you can join MBBS in 2021. But in this process you are going to waste a lot of money, 1st in BDS and then in MBBS. If you are comfortable try joining a coaching institute for one year for NEET and join a government medical college in 2021.
