How is the budget passed in the indian parliament

Anushri Varshney 14th Mar, 2022

hi there ,

As per your query ,

The budget contains estimates of federal government income and spending for the upcoming fiscal year and also recommends funding levels for the federal government. Congress then must pass appropriations bills based on the president's recommendations and Congressional priorities.

In the Lok Sabha, the finance minister presents the budget. In the Lok Sabha, he presents his budget. At the same time, a copy of the budget is placed on the Rajya Sabha's table. Members of the parliament are given printed copies of the budget to go over the intricacies of the budgetary measures.

Explain why the tangency condition between the budget line and the indifference curve is only a necessary condition for optimal, it is not a sufficient condition.

Prachi Panda 17th Feb, 2022

Hello,

There is one important case where tangency is sufficient, and that is the case of convex preferences. The perfect point of convex selection should be any point which convinces the condition of the tangencies.

There are three tangential conditions in this case, but only two optimal points are required, but the tangential conditions are not sufficient. However, projection is another point. If the curves of mediocrity are strictly convex, each budget line has only one classic substitute.

Thank you.
