Secondly, MAHCET is a state-level entrance examination conducted for admission to more than 100 B-schools. Highest MAH CET cut off of last year in the All India Rank (AIR) category was 99.97 percentile for JBIMS.

Hello aspirant.
The previous year cut-off for the EWS category in medical colleges in Gujarat was 466. You had a higher chance of getting a college in your state due to the 85% state quota, hence you have almost nil chances of getting a college in your budget.
However, you can opt for medical universities abroad such as in Russia, Nepal, Ukraine or Philippines as they are the most preferred countries.
The universities in Russia cost around 2- 3 lakh per annum.
The universities in Ukraine, Nepal, and the Philippines cost around 3-4 lakh per annum depending on the university you choose.
If you wish to choose low budget private colleges, here is a list with the fee structure and cut off-
1. Hind Institute of Medical Sciences, Barabanki- 404; 11.5 lakh per annum
2. Saraswati Institute of medical sciences, hapur- 377; 11 lakh
3. United institute of medical sciences, prayagraj- 260; 11.58 lakh per annum
4. Prasad institute of medical sciences, lucknow- 263; 11 lakh per annum
Hope it helps!
