Both are decent options for B.tech. Lucknow University is more reputed overall and is known all across India. However it's not been many years since they began with engineering courses, so we can't say about the placements as of now. Hopefully they'll be good. 

Buldelkhand has good faculty

Bundelkhand University is better as compared to to Lucknow University. As Lucknow University has started b.tech course few years before. So there is some less chance for placement. Bundelkhand University and Lucknow University both are government UNIVERSITY affiliated to  AKTU.

The hostel fee is around 50,000-70,000. And the mess foods includes 2500 per month on the basis of which type you choose.
