Hello , as per the research there is scholarship available for msc forensic sciences.. 

Bundlekhand University is a Government college, It takes the admission through NATA for the programme B.Arch, You can not take the direct admission there.

But, you can change your branch after completing your 1st year with at least 70% marks in 1st year and request college to change your branch by filling respective form for it. Though transfer depends on the availability of seat only.

It's alright but the placement is very poor.You will have to prepare for GATE,IES or MBA.
