If the offshore campuses for Universities are duly authorised by the competent authority of that country. Foreign degrees awarded by the respective Institutions of foreign universities in the pathway of diploma level is not valid in India. On this perspective MBA degrees given by the foreign universities to Indian students are be equivalent as it is approved by the competent authority of that country.

Goenka college of commerce and business administration, Kolkaota offers B.Com(Hons) in undergraduate level. The eligibility criteria is that a candidate must have passed 10+2 with at least five subjects including English (full marks for each subject not less than 100) from a recognized board. Candidates belonging to Unreserved Category must score minimum 75% in aggregate marks and 60% in any of the subjects mentioned below
For OBC-A & OBC-B Category 10% relaxation in marks is given and for SC & ST 25% relaxation is given.
Admissions for B.Com (Hons) begins in the month of May that is after the declaration of the results of Higher Secondary Examination by the WBCHSE.
