I am B.B.A,L.LB(H) Business law, wish to get PR in Australia, how can I be and what course I have to persue, and what are the possibilities of persuing other best course apart law, please throw some invaluable lights, highly appreciated.

Greetings!

To pursue a Permanent Residency (PR) in Australia, you can consider the General Skilled Migration (GSM) pathway. You'll need to meet certain criteria, including completing a skills assessment by a relevant authority. As a B.B.A, L.L.B (H) graduate in Business Law, you might explore courses related to your field that are in demand in Australia, like management, finance, or business analytics. However, keep in mind that your current qualification is valuable too. If you wish to explore other courses, you could consider areas with skill shortages, such as IT, engineering, or healthcare. The possibilities are broad, and you should choose a field aligned with your interests and Australia's demand. It's essential to research the Skilled Occupation List, check eligibility criteria, and potentially consult with migration experts for personalized guidance on your PR journey.

What is the difference between Corporate law and business law?

Anamika 9th Jan, 2022

Hello!

Business law deals with the elemental legalities which are required for an organization foundation.

Corporate law lays emphasis on the operations, actions and validity of an organization. Corporate lawyers write the contracts and these contracts are evaluated by business lawyers.

Tax obligation, expense commitment and other tax related things are seen by business lawyers.

If you are interested in corporate sector, both the courses are good with LLB. But if you are able to do CS with LLB, it is considered the best. You can do a lot in corporate sector with this combination of two specializations.

Sree Student Expert 3rd Apr, 2021

Dear student,

As you are interested in Business Law, after BBA you can join LLB. Once you complete the graduation course apply for the 3 year LLB course which is offered by various colleges.

MBLA stands for Masters Degree in Business Laws and Administration. It is a 2 years long course. So, before one could pursue it, one needs to be a Graduate in any Discipline. This course covers Business Law topics as well as Administration topics well.

Hope this information helped you.

which law is best after commerce stream

pdwords Student Expert 17th Mar, 2021

Hello,

If you have done 10+2 with commerce stream, and if you have interest towards further exploring management, corporate sector further then you can go for integrated BCom-LLB or BBA-LLB, these integrated courses are combination of law with respective subjects for instance commerce+law in BCom-LLB, and business management+law in case of BBA-LLB, apart from having regular job opportunities in government sectors for any law graduates you also hold good chances for exploring the private sector but only if you possess inclination towards business, management, commerce respectively , other than this more or less the opportunities are same for any law graduate, as in terms of appearing for various government prestigious exams, pursuing higher education etc.
