The process of getting a seat in state level colleges through jee mains score is called b-category.So, for b-category you will have to personally apply for b-category after the notification releases. The notification can either be released through newspapers or either in the college website.Your crl rank will be considered and not your category rank.I am sorry to tell you that with your rank, you will not get a seat in vasavi and bvrit as many colleges prefer students whose rank is less than 1 lakh but not more than that.
The other way you can get a seat is through nri quota but for that the fees is very high (5000 dollars).If you can afford it you can get a seat through nri quota by contacting the college.

I suggest you to choose between either mrec or Bvrit narsapur because both have good placement record specially in CSE/IT compared to geethanjali.
As malla reddy is accrediated by NAAC A and a good college in terms of faculty and placements.

Mrec have a good ranking but placement wise bvrit is better than malla .
Average salary package offer in mrec is 2.5lpa while highest package offer is around 7 lpa.top recruiter company was Bpo
And in bvrit average salary package is around 3 lpa and highestpackage offer is 30 lakh per annum. Here top companies visiting are Amazon, flipkart,tcs,tech mahindra, capgemini...
Faculty in bvrit is better than mrec.

Companies like TCS, IBM, Tech Mahindra, Amazon, Robosoft Technologies, SKF, KEANE India Ltd (NTT DATA), Cyient and Zoho are coming to recruit the students. The basic salary ranges up to 4 lakhs per annum. The infrastructure is very good. As per your question according to me directly answering that the which college is good is not better option. But I will compare both colleges on various factors for the CSE branch and then you may have liberty to make your decision according to your preference.
1) HITAM, Medchal - This is the very good institution with god academics and infrastructure. The campus is in the 8 acres. This is private institution with NAAC B+ accreditation. There are total 120 seats for CSE branch out of which 70% filled with A category quota that is through EAMCET and 30% with the B category seats. The placements are moderate in CSE branch that are 39% in 2018 and 32% in 2019 with median package of 2.75 LPA offered. For more information you should go with below link.
