As per your question according to me directly answering that the which college is good is not better option. But I will compare both colleges on various factors for the CSE branch and then you may have liberty to make your decision according to your preference.
1) HITAM, Medchal - This is the very good institution with god academics and infrastructure. The campus is in the 8 acres. This is private institution with NAAC B+ accreditation. There are total 120 seats for CSE branch out of which 70% filled with A category quota that is through EAMCET and 30% with the B category seats. 2) BVRIT Naraspur - This is one of the good institution of Telangana. This is private institution with NAAC A accreditation. Total 110 acres of campus is there for this college. Total 300 seats are there for CSE branch out of which 70 5 category A and 30% category B seats. The placements are very good in this institution for CSE. The median package offered is 3.80 LPA. Total 805 jobs offered last year. The placement percent for CSE branch is 77%. Also infrastructure and academics are very good in this institution. You may get ece in the last rounds of counselling . But if you want core branches like CSE and IT .
