Once you'll proceed with the application form you'll get to know that 3year LLB and 5 year (BA LLB & BBA.LLB) all is in BVP CET Law 2019 exam.

So, if you will the form then based on you preference you'll go the councelling.

BVP CET LAW, 2019 is for the the student who are willing to get admission in various UG & PG law courses in Bharati Vidyapeeth University and its related colleges. Hence, Delhi and other related college of Bharati Vidapeeth is covered under the exam and not just pune.

As per the cut off of bvp cet law llb 3 years , that is 207, and you rank is 340, so may be you will not get seat in bvp llb 3 years. as your rank is higher tha the cut off. as i am considering you  as the
