It's really difficult to exactly predict your chances of admission for bvsc program, however based on previous years cutoff, you need to get 520+ marks to get bvsc in general category all India qouta.
For school category you need to at least get 410+ marks in all India

with this mark, it is very difficult to get a govt college for any of the above mentioned courses. though you are sc, the cutoff of generally higher than what you have. since we cant predict your admission. we can only suggest.

To be eligible for BVSC , you need to score a minimum of 50% in your 10+2 passed from a recognized board. And since your percentage is 63 , you stand eligible for BVSC provided you have a valid score in NEET and you clear the cutoffs

I would like to tell you that yes you can add English with your Physics, Chemistry, Biology subjects to meet the BVSC criteria. The criteria is a student must have 10+2 PCB with English mandatory and must have more than 50% aggregate.

Congratulations on your rank. Yes, there is a fair chance for you to get a seat for bvsc. I would suggest you to wait till final counseling to get your hands on the best possible seat and accordingly you can select your preferable college along with category reservations(if any).
