can we get admission to BVSc course through MHT CET exam in maharashtra state

No, you can't because through MHT CET only B.E. /B. tech (engineering courses ) and Pharmacy courses (B. Pharm/D. pharm) are offered.
For BVSc i.e. Bachelors in veterinary science you need to give NEET exam.
