And percentile required is 50th for unreserved and for OBC/SC/ST is 40th.

Maurya, we do not have 2019 data yet. And 2019 was the first year where in NEET was the entrance exam for admission to Veterinary courses as well. Before 2019, admission to B.V.Sc courses was conducted through AIPVT entrance exam ad not NEET. And so the data is not available.
NEET is the entrance exam for admission to B.V.Sc. Once NEET results have been declared, AIPVT will release the counselling schedule and you need to apply accordingly. In short, yes with NEET score you can study B.V.Sc. But because you belong to General Category, your target should be nothing less
If you belong to ANDHRA PRADESH and want a seat for BVSC in Andhra Pradesh itself then you don't have 15% rather have 85% state quota reservation possible. The cutoffs change every year so marks cannot be predicted as they depend on so many factors like number of candidates appearing
