8000 rank can get a seatin cdac

Guljabin Quadri 7th Feb, 2021

Hello,

According to your link it quite difficult to get a seat in CDAC. With such rank you would not get admission in good center as well as good course so finally even after CDAC. Well, now coming straight to the facts , good CDAC center cutoff closes at around 1500-2000 rank. Below are some projected ranks for various CDAC institutes. Rank for PG-DESD is 1-300. Rank for PG-DAC is 700-1600 .

I want to ask you that I have done my bsc graduation this year and I want to give the entrance exam of cdac for practice because I want to know that what type of questions asked in a exam so please tell me sir can I apply for the exam or not?

pkp.inutail 18th Dec, 2020

Greetings,

as per the eligibility criteria you would not be able to appear for the exam so the best thing to do is solve sample papers for the same as the official exam papers are also not released by the governing authorities. You can find many sample papers on google, that may be the best bet as of now.

Good luck

IM MECHANICAL STUDENT CAN I APPLY for c-dac?

Anirudh Singh 12th Dec, 2020

Hi.

I hope you are referring to Centre for Development of Advanced Computing.

Common Eligibility Criteria for all the PG Diploma Courses of C- DAC

  • Graduate in Engineering (10+2+4 or 10+3+3 years) in IT / Computer Science / Electronics / Telecommunications / Electrical / Instrumentation.

OR

  • M.Sc / M.S (10+2+3+2 years) in Computer Science, IT, Electronics with Mathematics in 10+2.

Since the base criteria does not mention mechanical engineering then most probably you will not be allowed to take an admission.

If you have a further specific query, please feel free to comment.

Good Luck

I got 43percentile in mht CET can I get an autonomous college for engineering I belong to VJ caste

Shruti Smaranika 1st Jan, 2021

Hello aspirant,

With a low percentile secured in MHT CET, there's no chance of getting a autonomous college as you're failing to meet the minimum eligibility criteria. So in that case, it's suggested for you to go for another try else you can pursue your career in private institutes. Meanwhile, you can use the link given below so as to check the chances of getting a seat in the college-
