As per official website of ICAI for appearing in CA atleast 55% required for commerece background and atleast 60% required for non commerece background. As per your score you are not getting fit in any condition. Hence you can not apply for direct CA.

The eligibility to apply for this course after class 12 is - a candidate should pass the  class 12th from a recognized board.
