Both options are equally good. It comes down to your ability. If you think you can clear all the exams of CA in one go, then you should go for it otherwise an MBA from IIM will be equally good.

What matters is your knowledge and that you clear your exams and not the attempts that count. Your no. of attempts will be just the first barrier that can put your CV in the bin. If you get a call, that means you've crossed that barrier and all that matters
