Hello,

Yes, you are eligible now. The basic eligibility criteria for CA intermediate is that a candidate should have passed with commerce degree in graduation with atleast 55% marks (60% for other streams) are eligible to apply.

No, you won't be eligible for jee advanced in your 2nd drop year but will be eligible in your 1st drop year for jee advanced , it doesn't matter whether you appear for jee advanced or not in your 12th appearing year
