Yes CA Foundation Exam is conducted twice a year. The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) conducts the national-level CA Foundation exam in an online mode twice a year: One in May and then again in November. The registration for the December session closed on July 1, 2021. December 2021 CA Foundation exams will be conducted from December 13-19, 2021. The validity period of CA Foundation registration is 3 years which is also subject to re-validation. The May session CA Foundation exams were conducted from July 24-30, 2021.
The dates to fill the application form for CA foundation November session is finished. The last date to fill the application form was from October 11-12, 2021 with late fees. Now you will have to wait for CA foundation 2022 May exam. The forms will be released in the month of April tentatively. Keep an eye on the official website for the latest information. ICAI will commence the CA Foundation mock test series-II for the December 2021 exams from November 9 and continue it till November 15.

There are no specific subjects mentioned to be done in 12th class for being eligible for chartered accountant foundation course. However if you have even completed 10th class then you can also apply for chartered accountant foundation course. This thing is officially prescribed by The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

I hope you are doing fine, If you got alloted any seat, and you accept it then, you have to pay the seat acceptance fees, and if you want to retain your seat, then you have to pay the additional partial admission fees. If you don't pay the partial admission fees then your seat will be cancelled, and you will get the refund of your seat acceptance fees. As per rules of josaa - if a candidates seat is cancelled then the seat acceptance fees will be refunded after deducting the JoSAA processing charges of Rs. 2000. So, you will get back your Rs. 33000.

I hope you are doing fine, After B Com, you can directly enroll for CA-Intermediate(as per new syllabus), without doing CA-CPT, through direct entry Scheme. Through Direct Entry route: I. Commerce Graduates/Post-Graduates (55%) or Other Graduates/Post-Graduates (60%) can enroll in Intermediate course.

Three chapters were removed from the CA foundation course. Chapter 2-unit 2-matrices, Chapter 13-unit 2-syllogism, and Chapter 19-unit 2-time series.
