Candidates who have passed 12th board with an average aggregate of 50% in any stream from any recognized institute is eligible to apply for admissions in Calcutta University. The admission process is based on merit so you may apply & wait for the counselling process to start.

South City College, Gokhale Memorial College, Jaipuria College, Vivekananda college are the few colleges where you can apply for admissions.

The microbiology course taught in this college is really commendable, you have plenty good faculties, properly equipped labs and all the desired facilities. Yes, Calcutta University accepts JEE Mains/WBJEE scores for admission into the B.Tech Course. Calcutta University offers B.TECH Petrochemicals and Petroleum Refinery Engineering. There are a total of 10 seats offered for the course. It's a little different for both the colleges.

If you are willing to take admission in St. Xavier's College, Ranchi, then you have to appear for the entrance exam conducted by the college. The selection process is based on the marks obtained in the entrance exam. So, the board exam cut-off does not matter. However, candidates will be eligible to apply for admissions to this college only if he/she gets a minimum aggregate of 50% in 12th board exam from a recognized institute.

Candidates willing to take admission in Calcutta University should have completed 12th boards from a recognized institute with a minimum aggregate of 50%. The candidate has to apply to the respective colleges under Calcutta University & wait for the counselling process to begin. The cut off for BA Geography Hons. in Calcutta University cannot be predicted this year due to the confusion in the board exam results of the various boards but if you have got around 85% & above then you have a probability of getting a seat. Having said that, you should apply for your choice of college & wait for the counselling process to begin, you may get a seat.

Keep an eye on the official website for the latest information. Based on marks scored by candidates in Calcutta University BA LLB 2021 exam, officials will make merit lists for admission. The application form of Calcutta University BA LLB will be released in online mode but the dates for the release of application form is not yet declared.

see b.tech in computer science admission in calcutta university is based on wbjee score. the cse department is one of the best department. the faculty members are well experienced , fair ratio among students and teachers. lab facility and infrastructure is up to date. however placement is best for cse among other b.tech streams. the average placement package is 4-5 lpa.

some of the company name which visits the campus  is Allahabad Bank,  Axis Bank,  DenaBank,  haldia petrochemicals,  HDFC Bank , TCS.

last of all I should remind you that for a good placement and secure a job you must do work hard, computer science is updating day by day and you should learn technology or programming languages apart from your university syllabus to get chances in top tier 1 mncs.

I can give you some information regarding both colleges so that you could make a sage decision. Starting with the facilities, both college provide good infrastructure facilities such as smart classrooms, well-equipped labs, library, sports ground etc. Faculty members of both the colleges are also skilled and master in their subject. Placement record of KGEC are better for CSE/IT over Calcutta University (as per the reviews). Many companies such as cognizant, wipro, tata, infosys, tata, Mahindra etc. visit the campus for recruitment of CSE students with lowest salary package of 5 LPA and highest salary package upto 30 LPA.

Till now Calcutta University law entrance examination application form not release. It was declared that form release in last week of June 2021. But for pandemic situation everything will be delayed. So it will release soon maybe. You can wait and check the website daily. It will update it soon. Infact you can check our website also we will update it.

Calcutta University law entrance examination participate total 12 colleges. And total seats available 1500. So if you are rank good then you will get chance to admission there and start course in BALLB. It's 5 years graduation degree course. After completing you can go for higher studies or go for practice. But you will become a lawyer.
