Well yes,you can get job with normal english. There is nothing to feel unconfident or hesitant even if you can't speak fluent English. Yes,there are certain fields where you must have command over English but there are other fields as well where there is no such barrier.
You must be confident of yourself no matter what. You must be able to put across your views. You must know what you want to convey.
Still work on spoken English and for heaven's sake don't join any coaching Institute for spoken English. You can rather practice it yourself. Read English Journals,Newspapers,watch English movies. Speak as much as possible.

As no such qualification required for this job ,but you need to pass 10+ 2 examination is the required eligibility.But even though some international call centres require graduation as the mandatory qualification,so it basically it depends on the call centre which you would apply for and wanted to join in.Having a very good command in English language and speaking skills are necessary.And you must have be above 18 years old for becoming a call centre executive .Hope this information is helpful and good luck.

It all depends on your career objectives in life.
After 12th if you're a student from a science stream you can go for b.tech or medical. Or from commerce background you can give bba/bms entrance or can do b.com (H/P), BA (economic)., Can start preparing for CA/CS. Also there's lot of scope in LAW for that you need to give CLAT as an entrance exam for a respective college.
There are lot of good options at the end of day decision lies with your interests. wish you good luck.

If you are 18 years or above you can ask for job in call centres on internship basis. Not many will recruit you directly because of lack of experience and no graduation degree. So it will be better to first apply on internship basis, later your job might get permanent. Do remember to prefer registered companies only.

Hi Rahul , To go for this job you have to some basic knowledge of computers. There is no option for having computers knowledge. So you can join small course to get clear knowledge of computers.

Your salary must be confirmed with the employer as many employer offers annual salary and many offers monthly salary but in MNC is it is common in annual salary but you should confirm it with your employer if you are talking about the salary is mentioned in the app that they are annual salary you can also easily estimated that this my salary is possible or not as the monthly basis.
