Unfortunately Canada has its own criteria for admission to dental schools via a well known exam called the dental admission test (DAT). Even if you complete your degree in India, it will not be recognized unless you crack another exam (NDBE and OSCE).

This is because,

to be eligible for UPSC one needs a graduate degree from a recognised University it doesn't matter whether it's from India or Canada so even if you do your graduation from Canada
