Dear Aspirant,
According to your question and taking into consideration that you want to know about how much marks you need to score in each subject.
In general in physics chemistry a minimum of 69/70 and in practical 29/30 is needed to score 98% and in maths physical education a minimum of 78-79/80 is needed and in practical 19/20 is needed to be on a safer side .
Dear aspirant,
According to your question and taking into consideration that you want to know about the score which is needed to score more than 98 percent.
I will give one figure that is out of 500 you have to score a minimum of 490 marks which means in each subject you have to score on an average of 98 marks but it can vary as in some subject you scored 100 so you can also score 96 in some subject as it will be neutralised and the average would again be 98%

Hey
84% is an average score for getting admission in Delhi University. You didn't mention your category so it's a bit difficult to estimate colleges for you. BA (Hons) Political Science is a very popular and most sought after course of DU. Generally, the cut offs for this course remains very high. Calculate your best of four percentage which is the eligibility criteria for getting admission in this course. It's mandatory to add political science as a core subject while calculating your best of four marks.
If you are from unreserved category then it will be a little difficult for you to get colleges in the starting cut offs. You will have to look for colleges generally in the closing cut offs.
As per previous cut off trends, the cut offs were closed for this course even at the high percentage.
You can get colleges such as - Ram Lal Anand College, Motilal Nehru College, Swami Shraddhanand College, Zakir Hussain College etc
You can predict colleges here -
