It is quite difficult to predict the exact cutoff as the cutoff changes every year. But yes we can predict based on previous year trends. Based on your result it is very difficult to get a call letter. As the expected cutoff will stand near 75 - 85

Yes you can get admission. Earlier minimum 75% is needed in 12 for writing jee mains. But now it is removed. Any candidates with 10+12 can appear for jee mains. Admission to NIT and IIT s are based on jee rank and percentile.
