It's very difficult to be very honest. Delhi University is amongst the top ranked Universities and they usually take students with high percentage. The cut offs for general category usually start from 96-97 and ends up at 91.
If you have any category like SC, ST or OBC you might get B.Sc in evening colleges. But for morning batches it's not possible.
Hello Santosh
Ofcourse you can appear in medical entrance exam but to be qualified for the counseling process it is under rule that the candidate has to pass the class XII with Physics, Chemistry and biology with the minimum percentage required in 12th should not be less than 50 and 45 for reserved categories but if the exams take place after your results are declared and you have still not passed the exam then you won't be eligible for the exam.
Hope it helps you
Dear Candidate,
Yes. You can absolutely take admission in class XII after one year gap from XI standard. Just that the XI's admission must be from a college affiliated to the CBSE board. Kindly contact the nearest CBSE college for further information. You can absolutely do your XII after a gap in XI. But it depends a bit on the college.
Hope this helps. Thank You.

Dear Aspirants ,
Mostly 12th course is based on Physics ,Chemistry ,Math with Biology and IT subjects are available .First of all you should plan or you should prepare a schedule because mostly much more time spends in college if you are free in evening hours then plan your time with subjects and start from basic and go through each chapter wise after complete your course you can go through the previous 4-5 years question papers this will helpful to knowing which types questions are comping in exam and start solving .If you having facing problems then you will get also answer papers and you can refer but try to avoid answer sheet because it will de motive .
As per your query time will depends upon you such as much dedicatedly you will complete your course but its not mean if you complete your course in 2 months then after not study regular then you will start forget slowly day by day .So consistence is required in our studies .
Hope it will helpful
Thanks

In general category it is tough as the cutoff is around 98 as per previous year analysis. Try other colleges too.
