Yes  now, you need to choose code 3 as you have passed from karnataka board

This is because,

Karnataka board i. e The Department of Pre-University Education, Karnataka offers Puc

And,

code 3 says it is for those passed their   intermediate   / pre- degree examination i. e pre university

Hello I have passed 12th cbse(2021) with 69.8% and I aiming to give JEE(2022) by taking drop but we need 75% for NIT. So I have option to repeat class12 under dummy admission but my previous marksheet will be cancelled. Should I do it, and will my prep for JEE be enough for next year 12th Boards.

For admission in DU you have to use your best 4 subject marks for admission. You will have to take one language paper which will be English and then apart from from English you can choose any 3 subjects in which you have scored the most marks.For example if

Due to the present situations of covid CBSE has already declared to reduce the syllabus by 30 percent. The new notification from CBSE is that it is bifurcating the syllabus into two terms with the exams being conducted at each term.
