sir I had done 12 with pcm in 2018 from cbse and then with pcb regular from up board in 2020 ,can I eligible for neet 2021 ,plz reply sir??..

It's completely ok even if you passed 12th pcm from cbse in 2018 and UP PCB 12th in 2020.
