hello actually I am a cbse student and I want to be a sailor but because of the lack of guidance I have taken commerce in 11th from cbse but after knowing I also took admission in nios from pcm and my 10th % was 80 from cbse and 12th was 84% from nios pcm .. am I valid for given imucet and imu clgs.

Even if you are cbse private Candidate i. e you had failed in 12th and then appeared as private Candidate and now you have 2 certificate i. e your 12th certificate and then the private result certificate .
