i have passed 12th pcb from cbse ...now i want to do mechanical engineering . i did not have maths as additional subject. by nios do i have to give exam of only maths or i have to give exams of all pcm again by nios? to become eligible for btech .also explain procedure for nios

Hello,

For pursuing mechanical engineering course the basic requirements is maths along with other two subjects physics and chemistry.

Without this no institutions is going to admit you.

And there is no facility of doing one subject in open learning or distance learning you have do your class 12 again

A score of 82 percent is quite good. Now go ahead and do whatever you want. It's best not to argue with the college officials because they're there to save admission number. Simply cancel your admission to that college pay your dues if their are any and apply

CBSE has not announced any compulsion on conducting of Pre-boards. If upto the schools whether to conduct or not.However almost all schools will conduct preboard examination in multiple phases in online mode.

You need to submit your latest marks that you got in your improvement papers. Your passing year will be considered as 2016 only but the marks that you got in your improvement exams are the latest ones and are given preference. So, you need to submit the documents
