For MBBS it is a five and half years of study course.

For BAMS it is a study of 5 years course

As per the eligibility criteria of PU LLB 2021, the candidates who have completed graduation in any discipline from a recognized university are eligible to appear in the entrance test. Candidates who are in the final year of graduation may also appear in PU LLB test.

YES you can give 12th Board Examinations again. However, there is absolutely no need because 12th Boards are considered as a major stepping stone towards  diploma or undergraduation course.
