The school will definitely provide the migration certificate .After the board exam results are declared, migration certificate is issued to students. The migration certificate is given to only those candidates who have appeared for examination of the Board, in order to enable them to seek admission elsewhere

how can I get migration certificate of class 12th from cbse if I sit in examination as a private candidate in March 2020. I call in my cbse regional office(patna) and they said come here in office and fill the form, minimum fee is 250 if you want migration after 20 days

Once, you pass your class 12 exam from CBSE, CBSE will send your original marksheet, pass certificate,  migration certificate to school. You can collect these certificate from you school once it arrives there.

You can also get digital certificate issued by CBSE in your digilocker using your adhar card.

If you are a general category student your chances of getting in college under Delhi University are very less with this percentile. A general category student requires atleast 92-93 percentile for admission according to last year's cut off of DUJAT.  You should try taking admission in some courses

No you cant take any additional subject in another colleges and this things will not allow as per our government rules but you can go through the certificate course and online course for learning purpose .
