This year the eligibility criteria of getting 75+ percentage in+2 board or being in top 20 percentile is no longer required for getting admission in IITs, NITs and CFTIs. You just need to get passing certificate.
Now you have got 60.23 percentile in JEE Main and belong to SC

to predict KEAM rank, 12th Physics, chemistry and maths score is considered. whole score is not considered. Your KEAM score is very low. it is 24.7% of total score.
cutoff for general category, KEAM cutoff score is 50% of total score. both 12th and KEAM score holds 1:1 weightage.
CBSE has released new syllabus for Class 9 and you can check it at the official website: http://cbseacademic.nic.in/revisedcurriculum_2021.html . It is a 32 page pdf and so unfortunately we have a character limit. But please do go through the website for a detailed idea of the revised syllabus.
This year applicants in DU has been increased by about 1lakh,so chances of your getting college are good as per previous year figures,but we never know this increase in applicants may bring some change in cutoff.
