hi rani,

im sorry to inform you that only 10+2 examination results come into use mostly and your 10th gradesheet will not be in use for UPSEE counselling for marks. 

it can come handy as a proof of your dateofbirth but nothing more. for marks, 10+2 gradesheet matters more.

AT this point of time you cannot do much.I don't think now there is a way to get your class 10 th official certificate but try to get a substitute certificate from your class 10th school of your passing.

Yeah definitely you are eligible for entering into the IIT by calculating your class 12th marks are approx 80% whereas for entering into the IIT you should have the atleast score of more than 75% and that doesn't matter whether you are under top 20 percentile or not
