I have appeared in neet 2019 2020 2021 but I have not passed in my 12 board all that year from CBSE this year I have passed my board from the state board while filling my neet 2022 application form I have to fill out whether you have appeared in neet before what should I fill!

As you had appeared for previous NEET UG attempts but you have not passed class 12th by that time so either you fill it as YES or NO it would not create any impact. So it's upon you what you want to fill because this data is collected

Is CBSE private student allowed for NEET 2022?? They must be allowed becuz they have done a regular 2years of study i.e 11&12th but got crossed in single subject in final Board exm,thn they reappear and passed the exam n when the marksheet come they writes private candidate in place of school name?

Yes, you can appear in NEET examination even if you are a CBSE private candidate ( private Candidate means those who give 12th exam but are not enrolled in any school due to some reasons like have failed in 12th and again appear in the exam to pass it
