For that you have to by visit the site (www.cbse.gov.in ) or (www.cbseresults.nic.in.).

hey there,

NO, CBSE does not provide any passing certificate separately for class 10th. Marksheet that you get after passing class 10th act as passing certificate .
In the marksheet at the bottom it is mentioned that you are passed or failed with your marks.
