CBSE revaluation
Hey aspirant,
Only those candidates who have applied for verification of marks and photocopy of the evaluated answer sheet are eligible to apply for revaluation or challenge the marks awarded to any question in a particular subject.
During the revaluation process you would have got to know the summary of marks you have got in each question as you have a copy of your answerbook.
So marks awarded in the answer book means the marks/score you have got in that particular question after the checking that is done by CBSE
And claimed marks refer to the marks you are expecting for that particular question in which you think you are given lesser marks than you should have got.
Don't over claim marks.Point out only where genuinely lesser marks than what are deserved are being given.
Request for maximum 10 questions is entertained and that also only for theory portion in some particular subjects.
Hoping this helps you.
All the best.
You should use your new marks as they got approved by the CBSE. You will receive the new marksheet after you surrender your old one.
You may have got a statement regarding the change in marks. You can use it as a proof of new marks.
Hope this helps.
Dear student,
If your marks have been reduced during the revaluation process then you it is recommended to update your Delhi University application form with your latest marks so that you do not face any problems later when the admission process starts. It is important that the marks entered by you in your application form matched with the result declared by CBSE. In case, the marks entered by you are not the same as per the CBSE official result then you might not be able to get admission in Delhi University.
I hope this helps.
