The eligibility criteria for appearing for VDO exam is that the students should have completed their 10+2 from UP board only. And minimum age to appear is 18 years.
students from any other board can not take the exam.

Hey there, so the acpc merit percentile is calculated by combining 40% of marks from your GUJCET and 60% of percentile of class 12(P.C.M) by any board be it CBSE or ICSE.
