There are a lot of apps available for CBSE class 9 and 10 exam preparation. But be dependent only on an app is not good decision. I suggest you to watch YouTube videos for doubt clarification. Read NCERT books as these books are best for covering CBSE class 10

The State Education Ministry/Department is responsible for the exams of respective State Board.
NIOS is a separate national level board and such announcements by State Govt. will not mean that NIOS exams also will be cancelled.

No it's not a matter to worry about. If you have written the roll number on the sheet , it would suffice the need and your paper would be easily located.

You should carry forward your preparation of class 10th science exam in the following steps:-
1. Read a particular chapter through NCERT thoroughly.
2. Try solving the in-chapter exercises.
3. Memorize the formulae or equations orally.
4. Try writing those formulae and equations again and again.

10 CBSE exam for class 10th will commence at 10:30 a.m.. the answer booklet will be distributed at 10:00 a.m.. question paper will be given at 10:15 and a 15 minute time will be provided to navigate the question paper once the clock ticks at 10:30 you will be allowed
