It is unlikely that you will be able to get a seat in a government college on the basis of just your 12th marks. The admission in government colleges are either based on your JEE main, advanced or UPCET score. Some colleges also conduct their own entrance examination

In order to apply for NEET, candidates must have passed 10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English as core subjects from a recognized board.
